Who Can Apply? The child must belong to Disadvantaged Group or Weaker Section, as defined by Government Orders: Disadvantaged Group: Includes:

  4. Children of cancer-affected parents
  5. Orphans
  6. Children with disabilities
  7. Children of Divyang parents

UP RTE 25 Admission Procedure in School

  • Schools cannot deny admission to an allotted student.
  • Schools cannot demand any fee or additional documents beyond the notification.

Failure to comply will lead to action under RTE Act Section 13.

UP RTE 25 Fee Reimbursement to Schools

  • Fee reimbursement is paid to schools per child per year based on State norms.
