To be eligible for the position of Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentice, candidates must fulfill certain educational criteria. This includes holding a full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology issued by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by the respective State Government in the relevant area. Alternatively, a full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University in the appropriate discipline will also suffice. Additionally, a Diploma in Engineering and Technology from an institution acknowledged by either the State or Central Government as equivalent to these qualifications is acceptable.

TANGEDCO Apprentice Recruitment Selection Process 2024
The Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) has committed to compiling a roster of candidates chosen from the online applications received. The selection process will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the pertinent core qualification for each field. Candidates who make the shortlist will be notified via the email addresses they have submitted. Those selected are required to participate in a Certificate Verification session at the designated TANGEDCO office.
