Haryana RTE 25 Admission 2025-26: The admission list for private schools in Haryana under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009 has been published for the academic year 2025-26. This Act, a significant regulation in India, is uniformly implemented across all States and Union Territories in accordance with central government directives. While some minor variations in terminology may exist, the fundamental objective of the Act remains consistent.

In compliance with the legislation, unaided private schools are mandated to reserve 25% of their available seats for children belonging to weaker sections and disadvantaged groups. Similarly, government-aided private schools are required to allocate a quarter of their total seats in class-1 or equivalent initial classes, such as Kindergarten, to underprivileged children. The RTE admission list must be prominently displayed on the school’s Notice Board, offering families the opportunity to secure admission for their children in private schools that provide free education. This initiative aims to foster inclusivity and ensure equal educational opportunities for all students.

A 25% of the available seat reservation in recognized private schools in Haryana, as stipulated by the RTE Act, is designated for the admission of children from economically weaker and disadvantaged groups in 2025-26!
