Verification of Neighbourhood and Residence Proof for Admission to Kendriya Vidyalaya 2025-26 for applications to Class 1 and Balvatika classes: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has provided an opportunity for children residing in proximity to the respective KVS school. This criterion is essential for securing admission to any Kendriya Vidyalaya. The distance from the residence to the school is classified into two categories:
Area Classification: For major cities and urban areas (including all district headquarters and metropolitan regions), the distance should be within a 5 km radius, while for other locations not included in the first category, the distance should be within an 8 km radius.
