2025-26ನೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆರ್‌ಟಿಇ 25 ಪ್ರವೇಶಗಳು ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 15, 2025 ರಿಂದ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದ್ದು, ಮೇ 12, 2025 ರವರೆಗೆ ತೆರೆದಿರುತ್ತವೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಆರ್‌ಟಿಇಗಾಗಿ ಪೋಷಕರು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 15, 2025 ರಿಂದ ಮೇ 12, 2025 ರವರೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

To address the concerns raised by parents in Karnataka, the Education Department has announced a reduction in the minimum entry age for class 1 admissions in private schools under the Right to Education (RTE) Act. For the academic year 2025-26, the minimum age will be lowered from 6 years to 5 years and 5 months (5.5 years). The original minimum age of 6 years will be reinstated starting from the following academic year.

Minimum Age Criteria in Karnataka RTE Admission 2025-26

The determination of the Minimum Age as of June 1, 2025, is relevant to the academic year 2025-26. This exception is exclusive to this particular academic year. The age relaxation for Class 1 admissions is valid for all government and private schools across all curricula throughout Karnataka State. Additionally, children who have attended Anganwadi for three years will also be eligible for Class 1 admission at the age of 5 years and 5 months in all schools for the current academic year 2025-26.
