Indian Army Agniveer Vacancy 2024 Selection Process Explained
- The selection process for recruitment in the Indian Army Agniveer for the year 2024 is a comprehensive procedure aimed at enlisting qualified individuals through a series of stages:
- Online Common Entrance Exam (CEE): Prospective candidates take part in an online CEE conducted at various test centers across the country. The exam comprises objective Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Depending on their application category, candidates are required to answer either 50 questions within one hour or 100 questions within two hours. Furthermore, applicants applying for Agniveer Office Assistant/SKT positions must also undergo a Typing Test as part of the CEE, demonstrating a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (wpm) in English.
- Recruitment Rallies: Designated venues host recruitment rallies overseen by Army Recruiting Offices (AROs). This phase encompasses a thorough medical evaluation, verification of documents, and the finalization of the merit list.
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Candidates who successfully pass the PFT and PMT proceed to an Adaptability Test. This assessment evaluates their capacity to adapt to the environment of the Indian Army and manage the demands of military life. Those who clear this test move on to the medical examination and subsequent recruitment phases. However, candidates who do not meet the requirements of the Adaptability Test are not considered for further stages. It is worth noting that candidates are allowed to use their smartphones during the Adaptability Test for reference purposes.
- The selection process for Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2024 is specifically designed to identify individuals possessing the physical fitness, mental sharpness, and adaptability essential for serving in the Indian Army.
Indian Army Agniveer Phase II Recruitment Rally 2024
